ZnO (Zincite) - Substrates

We can offer ZnO substrates for different applications up to 40x40x0.5 mm. Below you can see our standard specs for 10x10x0.5 mm substrates.

twins, cracks are not existent.

4. Surface quality.
4. 1. O or Zn surfaces are EPI-polished;
4. 2. Surface to be polished are determined by the customer. If there are no preferences then O surface will be polished.
4. 3. Other surfaces are fine-ground Ra < 1. 0 μ m.
